Stable pressure, high head
The head of a multistage centrifugal pump can be adjusted by varying the number of pump stages, allowing it to meet different boosting requirements while maintaining a consistently stable pressure over extended periods.
Multi-stage impeller
A multistage centrifugal pump combines two or more identical impellers, with the fluid flow path designed such that the discharge port of the first stage is connected to the inlet of the second stage, and the discharge port of the second stage is linked to the inlet of the third stage—and so on in series—creating a cascaded system that achieves high-head pressurization.
Axial seal is tight.
The multi-stage pump uses a packing seal to tightly close the gap between the pump casing and the pump shaft, preventing water from leaking out of the pump while also blocking outside air from entering. This ensures that the pump maintains a consistent vacuum inside, guaranteeing its smooth and reliable operation.
Wear-resistant bearings
Fast heat dissipation, high-temperature resistance, ideal for multi-stage pumps—features low frictional resistance during high-speed operation, exceptional durability, and minimal maintenance requirements.
