Stable pressure, high head
The head of a multistage centrifugal pump can be adjusted by varying the number of pump stages, ensuring consistent pressure maintenance throughout the boosting process.
Multi-stage impeller
Multistage centrifugal pumps combine two or more identical impellers in series. The fluid flow path is designed such that the pressure relief port of the first stage connects directly to the inlet of the second stage, while the pressure relief port of the second stage links seamlessly to the inlet of the third stage. This cascaded configuration enables the pump to achieve a high head and significantly boost pressure.
The shaft seal is tightly sealed.
The multistage pump employs a packing seal to tightly close the gap between the pump casing and the pump shaft, preventing water from leaking out of the pump while also blocking external air from entering. This ensures that the vacuum inside the pump is consistently maintained, thereby guaranteeing the normal operation of the water pump.
Wear-resistant Bearing
Fast heat dissipation, high-temperature resistance, suitable for high-speed operation of multistage pumps. It features low frictional resistance and exceptional durability, requiring minimal maintenance.
